- Free Zone & Mainland Navigation: Coordinate payroll adjustments based on varying legal jurisdictions (e.g., UAE Mainland vs. Free Zones like DIFC or ADGM).
- Leave & Ticket Attendance: Track and calculate leave encashment, sick leaves, unpaid absences, and contractual annual airfare allowances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated HR payroll experience within the UAE or GCC region.
- Legal Knowledge: Practical, up-to-date understanding of UAE and GCC labor laws, gratuity calculations, and statutory pension frameworks.
- Systems: Proficiency with modern payroll/HRIS platforms ( Zoho ) and advanced skills in MS Excel for complex payroll reconciliations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
